About Dr. Lily Phillips, MD -  Medical Director

Dr. Phillips received a world-class education at UCLA (B.S. Physiological Sciences), USC Keck School of Medicine (M.D.), and Loma Linda University (Family Medicine Residency, 1997-2000).  She has enjoyed practicing whole-person care, seeking to optimize her patients’ physical and mental health.  Dr. Phillips regularly pursues updated education in evidence-based medical innovations. Her clinical interests include Musculoskeletal Medicine, Metabolism, Endocrine/ Hormone Optimization, and Functional Medicine, with the goal to find and treat the root cause of symptoms, and to empower patients with the tools to heal naturally whenever possible.  Dr. Phillips is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Medical Spanish.

About Dr. Timothy Li, DO - Family Medicine

Dr. Timothy Li graduated from Western University of Health Sciences and completed his residency in Family Medicine at Loma Linda University Medical Center in 2011. Dr. Li has always had a heart for the underserved populations, and after caring for patients in the Indian Health Clinics for several years, he served overseas in Guam for 5 years. Dr. Li shares our mission to treat the whole person and help our patients achieve optimal health.

About Tiffany Kaufman, PA-C - Primary Care & Women's Health

Tiffany has a Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics and received her Masters in Public Health (MPH) and Physician Assistant (PA) degrees from Novasoutheastern University in 2003.  She worked in Gynecology for eight years prior to joining Grace Family Health in 2010. She is a compassionate healer highly skilled in primary care for all ages as well as in women's health. Patients adore Tiffany and cannot say enough of her impeccable attention and genuine care!

About Traci Dyer, PA-C - Family Medicine & Urgent Care

Traci graduated from Western University of Health Sciences with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies in 2008, and has been practicing in primary care for the last 14+ years serving patients in the Temecula Valley Area. Traci is focused on preventive medicine, gastrointestinal health, and also practices functional medicine. She is compassionate and has frequently served in overseas medical missions in Africa over the years, which is the reason for her calling into medicine.

About Robert Philips, PA-C, Dermatology & Anti-Aging Medicine

Robert received his Bachelor's Degree from UC-Irvine before completing the Physician Assistant (PA) program at Western University of Health Sciences in 1998. He has specialized in dermatology for 18+ years and is a Diplomat of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA).

Robert is an expert in detecting and treating skin cancer, acne, and all kinds of rashes. He performs biopsies and excisions in a minimally invasive manner with excellent cosmetic outcomes. Additionally, for the past five years, Robert pursued education and certifications in anti-aging advances.  Robert brings a wealth of knowledge and skills not only in cosmetic dermatology, but also in treating the whole person, with clinical expertise in Hormone Optimization and Nutritional Metabolism.

About Nicole O'Neil, FNP - Family Medicine & Urgent Care

Nicole O'Neil is a board certified family nurse practitioner with over 10 years of nursing experience, 6 years as a nurse practitioner. She received her Masters degree in Nursing from UC San Francisco, and has additionally completed 2 post master’s programs: family medicine from Maryville University, and psychiatry from National University. Nicole has a vocational passion for practicing evidence based preventative care with a holistic approach, and has truly blessed and healed many patients while working both in primary care and urgent care settings. On a personal level, Nicole definitely practices what she preaches and enjoys a very healthy and active lifestyle in the great outdoors.

About Madison Holtz, PA-C -  Urgent Care, Sports Medicine

Madison Holtz is a Nationally Certified Physician’s Assistant.  She got her bachelor degree in Neuroscience from University of Puget Sound, and received excellent clinical training from the PA program at Southern California University of Health Sciences.  Her areas of expertise include urgent care, weight management, and non-surgical orthopedics such as joint injections, having worked in both a wellness center and a pain management specialty group prior to joining our team. Madison’s clinical skills are impeccable but her winsome caring manner has made her a favorite of nearly 100% of her patients.

About Michele Broad, FNP - Primary Care & Women's Health

Michele is a UCLA-trained Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with 25+ years of experience. She is certified in both Adult Medicine and Gynecology and has a passion for preventive health as well as Women's Health.  Michelle has received additional training and cretification in Bioidentical Hormone Optimization and enjoys restoring energy and improving metabolism to slow down the effects of aging due to hormonal deficiencies.  Michele has been with Grace Family Health since 2016, and patients appreciate her depth of compassion and find her a real blessing to work with.

About Jennifer Sickels, FNP - Family Medicine & Aesthetics

Jennifer has worked in cosmetic dermatology for over 15+ years before pursuing a nursing degree and then Nurse Practitioner Studies.  Since completing her Master's Degree as an FNP in 2018, Jennifer has worked in every department taking great care of our patients in family medicine, urgent care, and in our anti-aging clinic next door at Ageless Grace.   She puts patients at ease and pays close attention to their needs, while achieving excellent results with all that she does.  

About Mary Gausepohl, PA-C - Primary Care / Functional Medicine

Mary has a Bachelors Degree in Spanish from Pepperdine University and a Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Western University. Since graduating in 2006, she has served patients in the Temecula Valley working with internal medicine and family practice physicians. Mary has pursued extensive training in functional medicine, and enjoys finding the root cause of disease.  She seeks to help patients restore health and thrive in the most holistic way. She is compassionate in her care, and believes that each patient a unique and offers them a customized plan to achieve optimal wellness.  Mary is fluent in Spanish.
